This apartment is only 150 meters from the beach, paddle and tennis courts, and a 3-minute walk from the iconic Balcon de Europa and the vibrant city center. The nearby area is surrounded by a wide range of facilities, including restaurants, supermarkets, charming cafes, and lovely bakeries.

Relax in the sun on the large private roof terrace of approximately 15 square meters. The terrace offers sunlight from morning to evening and has a great view of the sea and mountains. It is well-equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, sun chairs, a BBQ grill, and a retractable sun protection roof that can be easily adjusted when needed. As a guest, you also have access to the communal pool, equipped with comfortable sun beds.

The apartment is completely renovated and features an open plan layout between the living room and kitchen. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities, including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, and induction hob.
