From the apartment, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains from the spacious balcony. The balcony faces south and is equipped with a dining table and a retractable sunshade roof - perfect for those who want to escape the sun for a while. As a guest, you have access to the communal pool that is open all year around. A private parking space in the garage is also included during the stay.

The apartment underwent partial renovation in 2022, including a new kitchen and bathroom, giving it a thoroughly modern appearance.
