Welcome to this lovely apartment on the charming street Calle Vélez Málaga. The apartment is just an 8-minute walk from the popular Burriana Beach, which offers fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops. A 20-minute walk takes you to the iconic Balcón de Europa and the vibrant town center. As a guest, you have access to the large communal swimming pool belonging to the apartment complex.

The apartment is located on the second floor and has a total of 81 square meters. Everything you need is conveniently arranged on one level, and you are welcomed by an airy, open floor plan that connects the living room and kitchen.

From the living room via the spiral staircase, you have access to the amazing private rooftop terrace. The large terrace measures a full 45 square meters and is furnished with a pergola with a retractable awning, four sun loungers, and a dining table with seating for six. There is also an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, and a pleasant green outdoor environment. The terrace offers sunlight throughout the whole day and fantastic views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware. The kitchen has a modern, Scandinavian design.

In the living room, you will find a dining table with seating for four, a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV with channels and Smart-TV. There is also air conditioning and free fast WIFI. From the living room, you have direct access to the 20-square-meter balcony, which features an additional dining table, a seating area, and a retractable awning that can be extended if you prefer to relax in the shade after a long day at the beach.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), while the other has two single beds (90x200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, and storage space. There is a spacious bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. The apartment also has a separate WC. Both the bathroom and the WC are tiled in a light, modern style. An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, and drying rack are provided for added convenience.
