Welcome to Casa Capistrano, a beautifully newly renovated apartment (2022) equipped with everything you could ask for. The apartment is situated in the San Juan de Capistrano area above Nerja city. Here, you will experience a quiet and family-friendly environment with hiking trails located right outside your door, providing access to stunning surroundings while remaining close to the city center. The nearby area provides all the necessary facilities, including restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and a spa. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find padel and tennis courts. Burriana beach and Balcon de Europa is located about 2,2-2,8 km from the apartment.

The apartment has a large terrace of about 20 square meters in southern direction. Here you can enjoy the view over the sea, the village and sun from morning till evening. The terrace is equipped with lounge furniture and a dining table. As a guest, you'll also have access to Nerja's largest pool, complete with sun beds, umbrellas, and a new sky bar offering an unforgettable view.

The apartment features an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and induction hob. The living room has direct access to the terrace, and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, cable-TV with a wide channel selection, and air conditioning.

There are two spacious bedrooms in the apartment. One bedroom features a large double bed, while the other has one single bed and direct access to the terrace. Both bedrooms has air conditioning and blackout curtains. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom (2023) with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine.

The railing on the terrace is lower than usual, so be aware of this if you have children in the apartment. You need to go through the master bedroom or via the terrace to access the bedroom with separate beds. The area has several flights of stairs, so have in mind that you need walk a few steps to reach the apartment. The area is hilly.
