The residental complex was built in 2022 and has a sleek and modern appearance. In the garden, there is a fantastic pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and vegetation. Here, one can enjoy lazy days in the sun in peaceful surroundings all year-round. Parking is available on the street outside.
The house features a Scandinavian design with an open floor plan and modern architectural elements. The entrance is on the first floor (ground level), and accommodates 2 spacious and bright bedrooms with king-size beds, electronic blackout blinds, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have direct access to a south-facing terrace of 25 square meters which is furnished with 2 sun beds and 3 lounge chairs. One of the bedrooms has its own private ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also a larger bathroom in the hallway on this floor with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer available in the cellar for use if desired.
On the second floor, you will find another large bedroom with king-size bed, electronic blackout blinds, and air conditioning. The kitchen, living room, and another bathroom are also located on this floor. The kitchen is of high standard, equipped with quality appliances and facilities such as a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, a blender and a kettle. The kitchen also has a kitchen island with bar stools, giving it a luxurious appearance. The dining area has a dining table that can be extended from 4 to 8 seats.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a Smart TV. You have direct access to the south-facing balcony from the living room/kitchen, which is furnished with a sitting group for 4-6 people - a perfect spot for your morning coffee! From this balcony, there is a staircase leading up to the third floor where you'll find a breathtaking rooftop terrace of 50 square meters. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and mountains, along with sunlight from morning until evening. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, a dining table for 10 people, and a bar table with seating. There is also a gas grill available (Broil King).
In addition to this, there is a terrace in the backyard by the entrance door facing north, furnished with a seating area for 6 people. A great place to hang out in the shade!

Living room
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. A patio door gives you direct access to the balcony. Chromecast is available.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities such as a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, a blender and a kettle. There is also a kitchen island with bar stools and a dining table that can be extended from 4 to 8 seats.
Bedrooms
All of the bedrooms have large double beds (180 cm), built-in wardrobes for storage, curtains, and electronic blackout blinds. One bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in every bedroom.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are fully tiled and include a toilet, a shower, and hairdryers. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer in the cellar, available for use if desired.
Terraces/balcony
There’s a breathtaking rooftop terrace of 50 square meters. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and mountains, along with sunlight from morning until evening. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, a dining table for 10 people, and a bar table with seating. There is also a gas grill available (Broil King). In addition to this, there is a sun terrace of 25 square meters furnished with 2 sun beds and 3 lounge chairs. The balcony is also furnished with a sitting group for 4-6 people. In the courtyard, there is also a 15 square meter shaded terrace in northern direction, furnished with a seating area for 6 people.

The sun terrace is facing south, the courtyard terrace is facing north, and the rooftop terrace is facing south, east, west and north.
