Welcome to Casa Burrito, a luxurious villa of 135 square meters. This property has everything one could wish for a fantastic holiday - a private swimming pool, a large and lush garden, and stunning views. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, with a nice downhill walk to Burriana beach as well as beautiful hiking trails not far from the house. The house has recently undergone a complete renovation (2024) and features a modern, luxurious, and cozy style that is evident throughout the property. It is all on one floor, making it easy for the elderly and disabled to get around without any problems.

The entire property is enclosed with a private gate. Upon entering the property, you arrive at the front door, which takes you directly into the large living room with an open plan towards the kitchen. The high ceilings make the room feel spacious and airy. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The kitchen island and the choice of materials, combining white with wooden accents, give the kitchen a warm and sleek appearance. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV with Chromecast available. There is also an air conditioner in the room.

From the living room, you can step directly out to the 120-square-meter outdoor area facing south. Here, you will find a large, private swimming pool and plenty of space to hang around in the sun all day. The outdoor area is furnished with multiple lounge- and dining areas, both in the sun and in the shade. Here you will also find an outdoor shower, and a gas grill that can be used if desired.

The house has a total of 3 spacious bedrooms, all furnished with double beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe space/chest of drawers. Bedroom number 1 has direct access to the outdoor area. Bedroom number 2 features a private French balcony and is equipped with a TV with Chromecast. Bedroom number 3 has a ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is also another large bathroom with a toilet, a double shower and a washing machine. Both bathrooms are brand new and fully tiled. At the end of the hallway, you come out to a balcony overlooking the lush garden and surrounding landscape. This is a perfect spot to relax in the shade with fantastic view of the sea and mountains.

For monthly stays we offer a 30% discount from 1 November- 31 March. Electricity is included.
