Welcome to Colina Alta 7, a stunning townhouse located in a peaceful, idyllic area above the city center. In the nearby area, you'll find several hiking trails and padel courts. it’s just a short distance to Burriana Beach, and the vibrant city center. Only 500 meters away you will also find the famous Tuesday market.

The townhouse itself is newly built and consists of a total of 70 square meters spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find two large, spacious bedrooms. Both rooms have double beds, air conditioning, plenty of storage space, and blackout curtains. The sliding doors provide direct access to one of the many terraces. This terrace is furnished with a seating area and a sunbed. One of the bedrooms also has a private en-suite bathroom, equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. There is also another bathroom in the hallway equipped with a toilet and a shower.

On the second floor, you will find a spacious open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is high-end and fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, juicer, microwave, and toaster. The wooden kitchen fronts and the light countertop give the kitchen a modern, Scandinavian look. The living room is furnished with a dining table, a cozy sofa corner, free Wi-Fi and a TV. Here, you can open several of the sliding doors leading to the terrace, creating an indoor-outdoor feel throughout the entire floor. There is also a WC available on this floor.

The terrace on the second floor offers stunning views of the sea, the city, and the surrounding mountains. It features a dining area and a gas grill. Up the stairs from this terrace, you'll reach the amazing rooftop terrace. Here, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the entire town of Nerja. Here you have both a lounge sofa, a sunbed, and a parasol at your disposal.

As a guest, you have access to the fantastic pool area, which is shared by only 8 townhouses. The area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The pool is open year-round.

For monthly stays we offer a 30% discount from 1 November- 31 March. Electricity is included.
