Welcome to Casa Sanna, a beautiful 175-square-meter Spanish villa with a modern Scandinavian style. The house is set in lush, green surroundings with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, approximately 3.5 km from the well-known Balcón de Europa in the center of Nerja.

This fantastic home offers a private swimming pool in a secluded garden, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one additional toilet and all the amenities you need in a house.

The entrance is on the first floor (ground level), where you step into a large open-plan living room and kitchen area. The wonderful natural light streaming through the windows makes the space feel welcoming, cozy, and airy. The living room can be extended by opening the sliding doors to the enclosed sunroom, adding an additional 17 square meters to this floor. In the hallway, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm), air conditioning, wardrobe storage, and blackout curtains. There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find two large bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm). Both bedrooms offer stunning views and access to an 18-square-meter balcony, as well as private bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed (120x200 + 90x200 cm) on this floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobe storage, and blackout curtains. From the balcony, a spiral staircase leads up to a fantastic 12-square-meter rooftop terrace with excellent sun exposure and breathtaking views.

On the basement level you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet.

There is both a charcoal grill and a gas grill available for guests. The balcony, rooftop terrace, and outdoor garden area are furnished with seating areas, shaded spots, sun loungers, and lounge groups.
