Welcome to Colina Alta 6, an amazing townhouse located in a peaceful, idyllic area above the city center. In the nearby area, you'll find several hiking trails leading up to the mountains, and just a 20-minute walk away is the famous Río Chillar - perfect for those wanting to experience nature! Even though the townhouse is close to nature, it’s just a short distance to Burriana Beach, and the vibrant city center. Only 500 meters away you will also find the famous Tuesday market.

The townhouse itself is newly built and consists of a total of 75 square meters spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find two large, spacious bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and a private bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and direct access to one of the many terraces. There is also another bathroom in the hallway.

On the second floor, you will find a spacious open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room.
