Welcome to Casa El Chorrillo No. 7, a luxurious penthouse located in the beautiful Parador de Nerja district. This apartment boasts an unbeatable location, just 150 meters from the beach, padel and tennis courts. Only a 3-minute walk from the iconic Balcón de Europa and the vibrant town center. The surrounding area is lined with a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, charming cafes, and lovely bakeries.
Enjoy wonderful relaxation in the sun on the fantastic 20-square-meter private rooftop terrace, where you have a complete panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The terrace is furnished with lounge furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a retractable sunshade. As a guest, you also have access to the communal swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds.
The apartment has been recently renovated and features an open layout and air conditioning in all rooms. The living room has direct access to a large southwest-facing balcony - a perfect spot for breakfast! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and induction hob.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. It also includes a large, recently renovated bathroom with a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. A separate toilet is also provided.
The apartment is fully equipped with a Smart TV. A Chromecast is also available. Connect and enjoy free, fast Wi-Fi and internet access.
For monthly stays between November 1st and March 31st, we offer a 30% discount. Electricity is included.

Central and fresh accommodation
Central and fresh accommodation with comfortable beds. Good access to household appliances. Bathroom with underfloor heating. Air pump/air conditioning for cooling and heating. Nice furniture and interior.
Amazing apartment
We stayed here during summer and had the best time. The apartment was a 2 minutes walk from the beach and the roof terrace was perfect in the afternoon. Close to Balcon de Europa and all the restaurants.

Amazing apartment
Stayed here in June and the apartment was perfect for us. The location was great, about 2 minutes walk to the beach, and 5 minutes walk to Balcon de Europa. At night it was super quiet and the beds was very comfortable! Will definietly come back!!
