Welcome to Casa Oso, a beautiful townhouse located in the village of Capistrano just above the town of Nerja. As a guest you have access to two aquatic areas with a total of 5 swimming pools. Both pools are open in summer and at least one of the facilities is open in winter. In the surrounding area you will find padel and tennis courts, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, as well as hiking trails in the mountains not far from the house. With beautiful surroundings and a well-maintained urbanization, this house offers an ideal location for an extraordinary vacation. Just 1.2 kilometers from the shores of Burriana beach and just 2.4 kilometers from the iconic Balcon de Europa. Just 30 meters away, the local bus stop effortlessly takes you to both destinations and back every hour from 9am to midnight for just €1.
The house measures 90 square meters in total spread over two floors and was renovated in 2017. Upon entering the main entrance you are greeted by a spacious and airy living room with an open plan towards the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities including fridge with small freezer compartment, oven, induction hob, benchtop dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and espresso machine . The living room is equipped with air conditioning and furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, wine cooler and a cable TV with Chromecast available.
On this floor (main entrance floor), you will find a bedroom with an adjoining toilet equipped with a washing machine. The bedroom is spacious and furnished with a king-size double bed and air conditioning. From the living room, you have direct access to a south-facing terrace of 15 m². The terrace has a dining table for 6 people, an electric blind and a heating lamp (infrared). From there you can go down the stairs to the patio. The patio is 20 square meters and is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a dining table, a parasol and a gas barbecue (Broil King).
From the living room you can go down the stairs to the ground floor where there are two further bedrooms with king-size double beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a baby bed available if needed. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the south facing patio. On this floor there is also a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning and furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a wine cooler and a cable TV with Chromecast available. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom
There are three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, blackout curtains and storage space. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the patio. A baby cot is also available. All have air conditioning.

The upstairs toilet has a washing machine. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower. A hairdryer is available.
Terrace/patio
The terrace measures 15 square meters and is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, an electric blind and a heating lamp (infrared). From there you can go down the stairs to the patio. The patio is 20 square meters and is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a dining table, a parasol and a gas barbecue (Broil King).
