The apartment has been recently renovated and features an open floor plan, providing a modern and spacious ambiance. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a Smart TV. From here you have direct access to a spacious balcony facing southwest - a perfect spot for breakfast! The kitchen features a Scandinavian design and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and various cooking and kitchen utensils.
