Welcome to Duna Beach I, a newly built apartment complex (2020) in charming Torrox Costa. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from the beach and the beautiful 3 km promenade along the sea. Here you can enjoy leisurely walks, dine at delightful restaurants, and explore places that offer yoga classes and thrilling diving and surfing opportunities. The surrounding area of the apartment is filled with a diverse range of facilities, including restaurants, supermarkets, charming bakeries, padel courts, and golf courses. The complex also has its own great swimming pool, which is available for all guests all year-round.

The building is equipped with an elevator that easily takes you to the apartment on the first floor. Upon entering the apartment, you step into the beautiful living room, which has an open-plan layout towards the kitchen. The kitchen is of modern standard and equipped with quality appliances. The balcony is furnished with a comfortable lounge set, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee in the shade in the morning. There is also a smaller balcony at the back facing the courtyard.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobes, and blackout curtains. There is also an attached private bathroom equipped with a toilet and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. There is also a larger bathroom in the apartment equipped with a toilet and a bathtub/shower. Washing machine is available.

For monthly stays between November 1 and March 31, we offer a 30% discount. Electricity is included.
