Welcome to Capuchinos 82, a beautiful apartment situated in the San Juan de Capistrano area above Nerja city. Here, you will experience a quiet and family-friendly environment with hiking trails located right outside your door, providing access to stunning surroundings while remaining close to the city center. The nearby area provides all the necessary facilities, including restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and a spa. Just a 20-minute walk away, you'll find padel and tennis courts.
The apartment has a breathtaking terrace of 32 square meters in southern direction. From here you’ll experience a truly incredible panoramic view over the entire town of Nerja and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea — a view that is simply unforgettable. The terrace is furnished with lounge furniture and a dining table.
As a guest, you'll have access to Nerja's largest communal pool, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, pool bar and a sky bar. The pool is open from April to October.
The apartment itself is 42 square meters, all on one floor. Here you have an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room making the apartment feel more spacious. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave and toaster. The living room has direct access to the beautiful terrace, and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV and air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), while the other has two single beds (110x200 cm). Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, air conditioning, storage space and blackout curtains. Spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is also a washing machine, drying rack, mop, broom, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer available in the apartment.
Connect and enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi and internet access (400/400 Mbit/s). Perfect for working remote, streaming or gaming.
We allow dogs and in the apartment.
For monthly stays we offer a 30% discount from 1 november - 31 March. Electricity is included.

The railing on the terrace is 57 cm, so be aware of this if you have children in the apartment. The area has several flights of stairs, so have in mind that you need walk a few steps to reach the apartment. The area is hilly. No elevator available. Dogs are allowed in the apartment.

In the paradise of the winter sun
In the paradise of the winter sun, we have been given the favor of renting someone's personal accommodation in a calm, quiet and familiar area where you feel welcome regardless of nationality. Nature is close by with hiking trails starting 100 meters from the apartment that take you to experiences and views that are hard to beat. From the morning coffee in the January sun on one side on the large terrace with a view of all of Nerja to the cheese platter and a good Ribera del Duero wine in the evening on the other side in the evening sun, it's hard not to dream back.
An unforgettable week in Nerja – World class in every way!
Me (50 years old) and my dad (80 years old) spent an absolutely fantastic week in this apartment in September 2025, and we couldn't have been happier. The apartment felt modern and fresh with everything you could possibly need. The beds deserve a special mention – they were absolutely fantastic, which meant we both slept like kings. For me who needed to work for a few days during the holiday, the crazy fast internet was a lifesaver; stable and really fast, even via Wifi. Faster than fiber at home! In the evenings we also appreciated the wide range of TV channels, including Swedish channels, which gave an extra homely feeling. But what really takes the prize is the balcony. The balcony is in a class of its own. The view is so powerful that it feels like sitting in a private box on the front row with the entire Mediterranean as a stage. It is a place where you can sit for hours and just enjoy the horizon without getting tired. The area is quiet and pleasant, but still within easy reach of both supermarkets and restaurants. We rented a car from the airport, which worked smoothly, but when we were going to the beach we took the local bus that stops nearby. The beach (especially the one on the left at the shoreline) was fantastic, and there is a huge selection of good restaurants along the promenade. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we highly recommend this accommodation to everyone, whether you are 50 or 80 years old!
