Welcome to Capuchinos 82, a beautiful apartment situated in the San Juan de Capistrano area above Nerja city. Here, you will experience a quiet and family-friendly environment with hiking trails located right outside your door, providing access to stunning surroundings while remaining close to the city center. The nearby area provides all the necessary facilities, including restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and a spa. Just a 20-minute walk away, you'll find padel and tennis courts.

The apartment has a breathtaking terrace of 32 square meters in southern direction. From here you’ll experience a truly incredible panoramic view over the entire town of Nerja and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea — a view that is simply unforgettable. The terrace is furnished with lounge furniture and a dining table.

As a guest, you'll have access to Nerja's largest communal pool, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, pool bar and a sky bar. The pool is open from April to October.

The apartment itself is 42 square meters, all on one floor. Here you have an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room making the apartment feel more spacious. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave and toaster. The living room has direct access to the beautiful terrace, and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV and air conditioning.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), while the other has two single beds (110x200 cm). Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, air conditioning, storage space and blackout curtains. Spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet.

There is also a washing machine, drying rack, mop, broom, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer available in the apartment.

We allow dogs and in the apartment.

For monthly stays we offer a 30% discount from 1 november - 31 March. Electricity is included.

The railing on the terrace is lower than usual, so be aware of this if you have children in the apartment. The area has several flights of stairs, so have in mind that you need walk a few steps to reach the apartment. The area is hilly. No elevator available. Dogs are allowed in the apartment.
