Both are open summer time and at least one of them is open all year around. In the nearby area, you will find padel and tennis courts, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores, as well as hiking trails in the mountains not far from the apartment. With stunning surroundings, well-maintained urbanization, and 1,2 km to Burriana Beach, this apartment provides a great location for an amazing vacation.

The apartment has a terrace of 28 square meters located in the southern direction. It is equipped with a dining table with seating for six people, two sun beds, a lounge area, a BBQ grill and a retractable sunshaderoof.

There is an open floor plan between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern facilities, including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, and induction hob. There is also a dining table with the option to extend if desired.
