Welcome to Terraza Al Mar, a stunning property located in the Terzas de ladera urbanization, approximately 3 kilometers from Nerja city center. The area has fantastic views and green lush surroundings. The beach is just 400 meters away.
The property measures a spacious 92 square meters and extends over two floors. The entrance is on the ground floor, and at this level you’ll find two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space as well as air conditioning. There is also another bathroom on this floor, equipped with a shower and toilet.
If you go down the stairs to the lower floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan layout combining the kitchen and living room. This level features a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of sofa seating, a Smart-TV, and a dining table. From the living room, you have direct access to a big terrace, which is furnished with seating areas, a parasol, and a grill. There is also a large bedroom on this floor, furnished with a double bed, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space. In addition, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor.
On the top floor, you’ll find a stunning 20-square-meter rooftop terrace. It is furnished with a seating area for six people, two sun loungers, and a parasol. From here, you have unbeatable views of the sea and the mountains.
As a guest, you have access to an amazing, shared swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a seating area. The pool’s location gives the area a very exclusive feel, thanks to the views and the surrounding environment.
The property also offers free Wi-Fi and is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, and hairdryer.
For monthly stays between November 1 and March 31, we offer a 30% discount. Electricity is included.
